Camy is a native Texan and mom of three who has lived in Jarrell since 2009. She serves her community as a director on the Sonterra MUD Board, is on the board for the Jarrell Education Foundation and serves on many JISD committees, and founded the local Facebook group Mom Tribe Jarrell that has more than 1400 members.

​Community Liaison

Janet Hage has been part of the Jarrell community for almost 30 years. She is a development partner of NW Wilco, LLC and serves on the Jarrell Community Library Board of Directors. Janet focuses her energy on serving, giving back, and uniting the community in any way she can have a positive influence.

Charlotte has lived in Georgetown for 20 years. She holds a bachelor’s in English and has a background in journalism. She is happy to use her pen to uplift readers with inspiring tales of the life, activities, and people of Georgetown, Texas.

Ann Marie has been in Texas since 2012. She has been a senior writer and production manager at Fidelis Publishing Group since 2013. With 30 years of writing, reporting, design, and marketing behind her, she has enjoyed covering the people, events, and stories that encourage and uplift readers across Central Texas.

Linda was born in New York City and lived in many large markets before settling in Sun City in 2018. She  has been a writer in various roles throughout her career and is a published author. As a regular writer for the Georgetown View, she loves being able to blend others' stories into something that is a reflection of her own.

Cathy, like many of the best in her craft, has a specialized degree—in her case, hard science—and a gift for writing. She found her voice and fulfillment reporting and writing news and magazine features for a regional Central Texas audience.
